Enhancements to Dashboards and More!

In the latest few Private i® Platform updates, we made enhancements to the investment-based and holdings-based dashboards, as well as to the Configurable Dashboards. Also, we added two new exports for Transparency Data users and additional Burgiss Managed indexes for use within Portfolio Management.

The investment-based and holdings-based dashboards that are available within the Dashboards module now include a View Last Run Dashboard hyperlink, which opens the last version of the selected dashboard that the user ran. Furthermore, the dashboards now include a Parameters List icon, which appears in two locations. The icon next to the View Last Run Dashboard hyperlink displays the options associated with the last run version of the dashboard. The other instance of the icon appears above the dashboard output and displays the options associated with the currently displayed dashboard.

For our Portfolio Management users, the Configurable Dashboards have been enhanced. First, we added a reload/recalculate option. Users can select Reload to retrieve the latest saved version of the configurable dashboard and recalculate the configurable widgets. Users can also select Recalculate to update the calculations for the configurable widgets that are displayed on-screen. Second, we reorganized the configurable widget options. The options to configure, export to PDF or Excel, clone, or remove the widget are now available under the row action menu. Additionally, a new option is now available that allows users to recalculate widgets individually, without having to recalculate the entire configurable dashboard.

Also, the MSCI USD High Yield Corporate Bond Index (TR), MSCI USD Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index (TR), and MSCI World Core Infrastructure (TR) index have been added to the list of Burgiss Managed indexes. These indexes can be assigned to investments in order to perform public market comparisons. (Note: These indexes are currently only available for use within Portfolio Management.)

Last but not least, for our Transparency Data users, two new exports called Assets and Holdings GUID Mapping Structured Export and Entities GUID Mapping Structured Export are now available. Located within the System Administration folder in the Reporting module, these exports list the GUIDs and IDs of the assets, holdings, or entities in the Private i Platform and their corresponding GUIDs and IDs from legacy Private Informant.
