The Implementation Consultant will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with a variety of investment and technology professionals inside and outside the firm. They will work directly with the Implementation team to facilitate onboarding client investment data onto our platform. Primary responsibilities include creating processes to intake complex investment data as well as direct interaction with institutional clients.
The Client Service (Success Support) Analyst is responsible for managing client cases, sending outbound requests to clients, and overseeing deadline requests from clients. This role focuses on learning about Burgiss’ licenses and overseeing the client service case workflow.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for originating new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships for our suite of products. The role entails positioning and closing sales with prospective clients, and upselling existing clients. Sales Specialists leverage their in-depth knowledge of the investment management process to identify needs, and opportunities and sell our value proposition.
The Product Manager - Associate Director is responsible for managing the future product direction of the Burgiss platform for the delivery of best-in-class private capital analytics, data, reporting, and visualizations.
