This webinar is an overview of the new product and data features that were released within the Caissa Platform during Q2 2022:
Accounting-Related Features:
Fund > Valuations Page: You can now enter and view valuations for a single fund across multiple valuation dates and portfolios from the same screen.
Transactions Page Improvements: Major enhancements have been made to the Accounting > Transactions page, including transaction entry locking; bulk transaction grouping, locking, and deletion; an advanced multi-attribute filter; a netted transactions display toggle; and an improved UI for transaction grouping.
New Transaction Type - Internal Fund Expense: A new transaction type, Internal Fund Expense, is now available to account for fees that are paid directly from a fund’s market value.
Performance Features:
New Benchmark Browser Page: The Benchmark Browser page has been updated with additional information to facilitate easier benchmark discoverability. In addition to adding columns for (1) Bloomberg Ticker, (2) Periodicity, (3) Assignments for portfolios/funds, and (4) both Start Date and End Date for returns, you can easily filter by one or multiple attributes using the new advanced filter.
Reports:
Custom Report Logos: We now support the use of custom logos across all PDF reports available in the platform.
New Reports and Enhancements:
A new report, UDF Time Series Report, is available in the Reports Library.
Improvements have been made to the Commitment Summary Report and Performance Overview Report.
The Exposures Flat Table Export is now schedulable via the Report Scheduler.
Report Delivery via Email and SFTP: The Report Scheduler now supports delivery of reports via email and SFTP.
Administrative Functions:
Ability to Change Fund Type from Edit Fund: It is now possible to quickly change a fund’s type if it does not have accounting data associated with it.
Ownership Weight Support for Composite Portfolios: Ownership weights are now supported for composite portfolios.
